Stage Door Keeper (Dominion Theatre)

Do you have experience working in a busy reception, control room, or front-line security with the ability to stay calm under pressure? Would you like to work in a friendly, inclusive, dedicated team? Are you a forward-thinking, enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering great customer service? Then we want to hear from you!

The Dominion Theatre is looking for Stage Door Keepers to assist the Stage Door Team, with both part time (min. 8 hours) and full time (min. 30 hours) roles available, to suit our preferred candidates.

The successful candidate will be a team player and be happy to work effectively on shifts alone. Previous experience of stage door would be desirable, but not essential. An interest and willingness to learn is key, as comprehensive training will be given.

Salary: £12.97 per hour

Start Date: Beginning of September

Front of House Assistant (Aldwych Theatre)

The Aldwych Theatre is looking for talented, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join our Front of House Team for TINA – The Tina Turner Musical.

Successful applicants should demonstrate outstanding customer service, teamwork, communication, and sales technique. Previous experience working Front of House is not essential and we welcome candidates with a background in customer care and experience in driving sales.

The contract offered is based on a minimum of 30 hours across eight shows, Sunday to Saturday and involves afternoon and evening work. Applicants must be available to work all eight shows (click here to see the current show schedule).

Please note that TINA – The Tina Turner Musical contains scenes that some people may find uncomfortable (including scenes of domestic violence).

Salary: £10.75 per hour

Front of House Assistant (Dominion Theatre)

The Dominion Theatre is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Front of House Team for Grease The Musical (until 29 Oct 2022), through to Elf the Musical (14 Nov 2022 — 7 Jan 2023) and beyond.

Successful applicants should demonstrate outstanding customer service, teamwork, communication and sales technique. Previous experience working Front of House is not essential and we welcome candidates with a background in customer care and experience in driving sales.

The contract offered is based on a minimum of 30 hours across eight shows, Monday to Saturday and involves afternoon and evening work. Applicants must be available to work all eight shows.

Salary: £10.75 per hour, with the potential for additional overtime mid-week, and regular overtime on Sundays which is paid at an enhanced rate.

Show Crew Deputy (Aldwych Theatre)

The Aldwych Theatre is looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals, who work well within a team, to join us as Deputies for our Show Crew, to help cover performances of TINA – The Tina Turner Musical.

The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, an ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, and an enthusiasm for live entertainment. Previous experience working in a Stage Crew is not essential and we welcome candidates with a background in manual handling, carpentry and maintenance.

The contract offered is a zero hour (casual) contract, to provide crew cover during illness and holiday. Cover may be requested in advance or at short notice, with no obligation to accept work.

Salary: £60.20 per show (plus additional £40.90 per week if all shows in the week have been worked)

Follow Spot Deputy (Aldwych Theatre)

The Aldwych Theatre is looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals, who work well within a team to join our pool of Follow Spot Deps ready for the return of TINA – The Tina Turner Musical.

The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, an ability to learn one or more show plots, and able to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Previous Follow Spot experience is not essential. This role would be suitable for someone who has an interest in electrics, lighting design and live theatre.

The contract offered is a zero hour (casual) contract, to provide crew cover during illness and holiday. Cover may be requested in advance or at short notice, with no obligation to accept work.

Salary: £57.25 per show (including a one hour pre-set)
