Covid Safety at the Aldwych
We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Aldwych Theatre. Please familiarise yourself with our Covid safety measures ahead of your visit.
A reminder of these measures, along with any recent changes, will be sent to you by email three days before your booked performance. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
Face Masks / Coverings
We encourage all patrons to wear a face covering at all times, unless under the age of 11 years old or medically exempt from doing so.
Covid-19 Certification
We no longer require you to present proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test upon entry.
If you're feeling unwell
If you feel unwell or have recently tested positive or are displaying symptoms of Covid-19, please do not attend the theatre.
Free Exchange Policy
If you hold tickets to a performance with us but feel unwell, recently tested positive for Covid-19 or are displaying symptoms of Covid-19 please contact us at least 24 hours before the event and we will exchange your tickets to another date.

Contactless Ticketing
All tickets are now e-tickets that can be printed at home or displayed on your phone. These will be registered using contactless scanners upon arrival.
Drinks Service
To reduce queues at our bars, you can now pre-order drinks ahead of your visit (without having to register for an app) via a text message that is sent to all bookers about five hours before your performance.
Pre-show drinks ordered this way will be available to collect from our fast-track queue at the bar on your seat level, and interval drinks will be set out in alphabetical order (by surname) on the shelves in the bar on your seat level.
Our bars are also open, so you can visit the baron your level, where our team will be happy to help.
Cashless Payment
Contactless payment will be available when purchasing refreshments or merchandise. We are not accepting cash at this time.
Cleaning
The theatre is cleaned thoroughly before every show, with high touch-point areas cleaned at regular intervals. As part of our enhanced cleaning regime we are using ShieldplusTM, an anti-microbial nano-technology protection spray, that has been proven to deactivate the coronavirus on contact and remains active for up to 90 days.
Singing Along
Tina is the queen of rock & roll, and her vocals are unlike any other, so please let our professional cast do all the singing and talking during the show. We promise you'll have a chance to rock with us at the very end of the show.
Autographs and Meeting Cast
Unfortunately autograph signings, and cast meet and greets are currently not permitted.
