Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
We are pleased to announce that a limited run of A Christmas Carol, fully compliant with government guidelines and with a socially distanced audience, is now on sale and opens on 7 December 2020 at The Dominion Theatre. Click here to see the full safety measures that will be in place at the theatre and what to do if you are unable to attend your booked performance due to required self-isolation or government restrictions.
Due to government restrictions, performances of our resident shows, TINA - The Tina Turner Musical and The Prince of Egypt are currently suspended.
Tickets are currently on sale for The Prince of Egypt at the Dominion Theatre from Thursday 11 February to Saturday 4 September 2021. All shows up to Wednesday 10 February 2021 have now been cancelled.
TINA - The Tina Turner Musical at the Aldwych Theatre is currently booking from Monday 1 February 2021 to Saturday 29 January 2022. All performances up to Saturday 30 January 2021 have now been cancelled.
This does not mean theatres will reopen following these dates; if further postponements and cancellations are necessary, they will continue to be announced on a rolling basis. Different theatres and productions are likely to reopen at different times.
If you have booked directly with the theatre or show website for an affected performance, please be assured that they will contact you directly to arrange an exchange for a later date, a credit note/voucher or a refund. If you have booked via a ticket agent, they will also be in contact with you directly.
We are grateful to customers for the continued patience and kindness they are showing during this challenging time for our industry. With 300,000 people visiting West End theatre in a normal week, it remains a huge task to process exchanges, credit note/vouchers and refunds, particularly when many staff are working remotely, with reduced numbers of staff due to the virus, this will be added to the time it will take us to process your order.
Our box offices are processing in strict date order of performance, so you are likely to be contacted after the date you were due to go to the theatre. However, we want to reassure you that you will be contacted, and your order will be processed, but please do bear with us.
We’d like to thank everyone for the continued support and understanding so far and we are sorry that we cannot process your order as quickly as we would like.
Please do not contact your credit card company as that will slow the process down and put an additional burden on our box office and ticket agent teams.
If we have to cancel future performances you will be directly contacted by your theatre or ticket provider. Our producers continue to plan for all eventualities dependent on the individual needs of their shows and we will provide further updates on specific shows as and when they become available.
We look forward to welcoming you back into our theatres as soon as we are allowed to resume performances. In the meantime stay safe and healthy.
