Conference hire

Host your large conference in the Dominion Theatre Auditorium, with a capacity of 2,069, or hire the Dominion's Studio for smaller conferences of up to 175 people. 

The Auditorium is available for hire 10am-4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - find out more.

Available for day time or evening hire, the Studio can be used separately or in conjunction with our other event spaces such as the Circle Foyer or Chaplin Room, which can be used as a pre or post conference entertaining spaces.

Located above the main foyer, the Studio is fully sound proofed from the rest of the theatre and equipped with a projector & screen, lighting and sound rig, and air conditioning.

The Gallery and the Nederlander Suite are also available for smaller conferences.

Standard Studio DDR includes

• Room hire 10am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, with access from 9.30am for set up (earlier start times on request)
• Breakfast on arrival
• Mid morning refreshments
• Buffet lunch
• Afternoon refreshments

Standard Boardroom DDR includes

• Exclusive hire 10am - 5.30pm
• Organiser access from 9.30pm
• Dedicated Event Manager
• Tea, coffee, fruit and pastries on arrival 
• Mid-morning refreshments
• Buffet lunch
• Afternoon tea and cake
